Do I need to create an account?
No. You never need to create an account or sign up for anything. Just upload, pay, and send.
When do you charge my card?
Only after your fax is successfully delivered. If the fax fails for any reason, your authorization is automatically voided and you pay nothing.
What file types do you accept?
PDF, JPG, PNG, and HEIC (iPhone photos). Maximum 100 pages and 25MB per fax.
How long does a fax take to deliver?
Typically 2-4 minutes. Busy fax lines may take longer. We automatically retry up to 3 times on a busy signal.
What happens to my documents after sending?
They are permanently deleted immediately after your fax is sent, whether it succeeds or fails. We do not keep copies.
Can I send to international fax numbers?
Yes. International faxes have a surcharge of $0.25 per page added to the base price.
What does "transmission confirmed" mean?
It means the receiving fax machine answered and accepted the document. It does not mean the recipient has read or acted on it.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
We are not a HIPAA Business Associate. If your use case requires a formal BAA, please use a HIPAA-certified fax service.
What if the fax number is wrong?
If you enter an incorrect number and the fax connects to that machine, you will be charged normally. We confirm delivery to whatever number you provided. Double-check your number before sending.
How do I get a receipt?
A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. It includes your transaction ID, delivery timestamp, and page count.
